Advanced Welding & Metal Fabrication

Practical mastery of MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and Stick welding. Includes blueprint reading, sheet metal layout, angle cutting, precision fitting, and stainless food-grade welding.

  • MIG/MAG Welding on Mild Steel in All Positions

PLC Programming & Industrial Control

Learn industrial automation using Siemens & Delta PLCs. Design electrical schematics, wire sensors and relays, program Ladder Logic (LAD), configure Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and build HMI screens.

  • Industrial Electrical Circuits, Contactors & Safety Relays
  • PLC Architecture, Wiring Inputs/Outputs (Sinking/Sourcing)
  • Ladder Logic Programming: Timers, Counters, Math, Interlocks

Practical Machine Design & Prototyping

Comprehensive training for aspiring design engineers. Takes you from a problem statement through mechanical calculations, 3D CAD assembly, bill of materials (BOM), fabrication, and testing.
